CULTIVATING INNER PEACE FOR EDUCATORS
About Course
Bullying is a repeated, intentional act driven by an imbalance of power—and in this dynamic session, we go beyond definitions to uncover the roles, motivations, and impact of the bully, the target, and every bystander in between. We expose how prejudice and misconceptions fuel harmful behaviors, then empower participants with the mindset of tolerance—rooted in respect, acceptance, and appreciation for human diversity. Through awareness, education, and a clear anti-bullying policy, we build a safer, kinder school community. As Peace Education Leaders, we commit to nurturing the Peaceful Educator Ally within ourselves and inspiring students to stand strong for one another.
